Membership

The Cape Cod Astronomical Society always welcomes new members.

As of July 1, 2023, we have the following annual dues:

General membership: $15 (no extra charge for spouse and children)
College student memberships: $15 (High School students free)
Persons residing on Cape Cod less than 6 months per year: $15

Dues cover the period from July 1 through the following June 30.  For the 2023 – 2024 period, if you sent us dues after July 1, 2022, you will be considered to have paid dues for the 2023 – 2024 period.

Dues are used to support CCAS activities with the schools and the public. (We don’t buy equipment, as that is the Foundation’s function.)  Most CCAS activities will be available to those who do not pay dues, but when we eventually have remote observing online, that might be restricted to those who are dues-paying members.

To become a member, please send the following information:

If you wish, tell us about yourself.  For example, principal interests in astronomy; do you own a telescope or binoculars; would you like to help out with CCAS activities?

Please send dues to:
